Terms and Conditions

Purpose

AI Workspace Club ("AWC") is a relationship community and network that connects AI Agent Consultants, Agencies, Freelancers and SMEs interested in adopting artificial intelligence. Registering with AWC constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Membership categories

• SMEs — companies seeking a qualified AI consultant; they access the list of consultants and independently choose whom to contact.
• Business Consultants — consultants/agencies offering recurring/direct consulting services to SMEs, included in the qualified consultants list shown to SMEs.
• Freelancers — professionals working in support of Business Consultants on a project/part-time basis (operational details still being defined, see AWC-WEB-005).

Conditions of membership

Registration takes place via the dedicated forms on the website or through the AWA platform. The data provided during registration must be truthful and up to date. AWC reserves the right to verify the professional qualifications declared by Consultants/Freelancers before including them in the list visible to SMEs.

User obligations and conduct

Users undertake to: provide accurate information; use the community with professional integrity and mutual respect; not use contacts obtained through AWC for purposes other than those for which they were provided (e.g. SME contacts must not be passed on to third parties as leads); comply with applicable law, including the GDPR and the AI Act, in the provision of their own AI consulting services.

Intellectual property

The content of the website (texts, logos, Academy training materials) is owned by GTAVIANI Consulting or licensed to AWC, unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized reproduction of the content for commercial purposes is prohibited.

Limitation of liability

AWC is a relationship network: it facilitates contact between SMEs and qualified consultants but is not a party to the consulting relationships that result, and does not guarantee the outcomes of the consulting services provided by individual professionals. The qualification of consultants listed is based on the information provided at registration and on any Academy training paths completed.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Milan, save for any mandatory provision of law providing otherwise (e.g. consumer forum).

Changes to the Terms

AWC may update these Terms at any time; the version in force is always the one published on this page, indicating the date of last update at the top.
